Introducing Our Limited Edition 'Cook' x Bon Chocolatiers Chocolate Collection in Collaboration with Graham Herterich aka 'The Cupcake Bloke'

In celebration of Graham Herterich’s latest book, Cook: Traditional Irish Cooking with Modern Twists, we’ve partnered with Graham to create a box of chocolates inspired by his unique recipes. Known for blending traditional Irish flavours with bold, unexpected twists, Graham’s culinary expertise shines through in this delicious collaboration.

Each flavour in this collection takes direct inspiration from 'Cook'.

• Mikado: A nostalgic nod to the classic Irish treat, which Graham has perfected in our opinion, featuring a raspberry marshmallow, layered with raspberry jam, vanilla shortbread, and finished with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.

• Masala Chai: Experience the warmth of Masala Chai in a velvety chocolate ganache encased in a dark chocolate shell, a balance of spices and richness.

• Granola & Honey: A delightful blend of textures, this chocolate brings together a crunchy granola base with notes of fruits and nuts, paired with our award winning honey caramel.

• Ras el Hanout & Apricot: A blend of fruity apricot and lemon, paired with the exotic spice of Ras el Hanout in a crunchy base, creating a vibrant and unexpected flavour.

This collection captures the essence of 'Cook' all wrapped up with our Bon flair. Each bite is a journey through Irish culinary heritage, with a modern twist!
