• Rhubarb & Madagascan Vanilla- A red rhubarb gelée is paired with a silky vanilla bean ganache.

• Yuzu Cheesecake- A tart yuzu pâte de fruit is complemented by a cream cheese ganache and a toasted biscuit base.

• Irish Mint Ganache- A velvety milk chocolate ganache is infused with Irish mint sourced from O’Hanlon Herbs
• Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel- A smooth chocolate caramel is balanced by a pretzel crunch enhanced with a touch of Oriel Irish sea salt.
